- State and Municipal Government health and welfare plans
- Plans covering 2 or more employees
- Fully Insured Plans and Self Insured Plans

The laws presented in Compliancedashboad may not apply to all health & welfare plans. In addition, some laws may impose different obligations on different plans.
Compliancedashboard provides general guidance to help the employer determine the appropriate requirements under each law; however, an employer is responsible for determining its own obligations based on its own unique circumstances.

Private Sector Employer Plans
