- Entirely web based - no software downloads are necessary
- Users receive User IDs and Passwords to use site

Email Spam Filters
When it is time to complete a compliance activity, Compliancedashboard will send you a system generated email that could get caught in your spam filter. If this happens, you should adjust your filter using the following information to allow delivery of these messages:
- Approve the sender: noreply@capstoneadministrators.com, or
- Add capstoneadministrators.com to your “whitelist” or list of e-mail addresses that your e-mail service provider allows to deliver messages regardless of spam filter settings.
