The ARPA COBRA Subsidy (Subsidy)* will expire September 30, 2021.
Employers: Assistance Eligible Individuals must be provided a final notice of expiration of the Subsidy.
Deadline: This notice must be given during the period that begins 45 days before the expiration of assistance and ends 15 days before the expiration of assistance.
- 45 days was Monday, August 16, 2021
- 15 days will be September 15, 2021
The Notice of Expiration of Assistance must be provided to AEIs between now and September 15, 2021.
